Corporate Governance
BPCE, the central body of the Group, is a French joint stock company governed by a Management Board and a Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board is comprised of 18 members: 14 representatives of the Caisses d’Epargne and Banque Populaire banks, 4 independent members. The General Management Committee includes 9 members and is chaired by François Pérol, Chairman of the Management Board.

The General Management Committee is comprised of seven members, including the five members of the Management Board of BPCE, appointed by the Supervisory Board. The General Management Committee is chaired by the Chairman of the Management Board.
As the central body of the Group, BPCE ensures strict compliance with laws, regulations and good professional practices within its affiliated entities.
